Duties:
• Perform accurate data entry for production orders, inventory, and job tracking
• Process and update customer orders within the ERP system
• Assist the Production Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
• Prepare and organize production documents, work orders, and job packets
• Coordinate pulling and staging of materials for production runs
• Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible
• Communicate with production, inventory, and administrative teams to ensure workflow accuracy
• Assist with tracking production schedules and deadlines
• Support inventory control efforts, including data updates and basic cycle counts
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
• Help identify and communicate discrepancies or issues in orders or materials
• Other duties as assigned
