Day Shift Full Time 40+ Hrs a week Starting Pay rate $16 The Marketing Analyst will learn the business to understand its target audience and will use data from market research to assist in the design and implementation of a sales plan to identify new opportunities. The Analyst will apply advanced Excel skills and utilize additional analytics tools to collect, organize, and analyze data to drive product marketing strategy and effectiveness. Collaborate with department and senior-level managers to develop forecasts for accounts. Administer sales goals and strategies for all accounts. Assist in developing all pricing and programs and help plan trade show activities. Interact with the IT Manager as needed for access to pertinent information. LANGUAGE SKILLS: The ability to read, write and speak the English language using proper grammar and clear diction also with comprehension skills sufficient to understand safety standards and  job performance expectations. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret instructions which may be furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Able to create and maintain all forms of graphs, charts, and diagrams. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: BS degree preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and listen.  The employee is rarely required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch and reach. Candidate must have experience with installation, demolition, and maintenance of material handling equipment. Maintenance position will perform preventative maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electromechanical equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with Plant Manager on needs for parts, supplies and repairs while maintaining enough in stock for normal operations and emergencies. Follow and perform regular and preventative maintenance schedules on all equipment: motors, bearings, bucket elevators, hydraulics, pumps, compressors, drag and screw augers. Welding and Fabrication Understand and maintain feed mill equipment to reduce unplanned break downs. Rebuild rolls, reducers, gearboxes and other mill equipment. Maintain hydraulic and electrical equipment. Report any quality or feed safety problems to Plant Manager. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, opportunistic curiosity and contributes to creating an environment where people want to work. Other duties as assigned. Full Time 40+ hours/week Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Temp to Hire Pay starts at $25 Position Description: Work will include general building maintenance, daily ammonia system requirements, and repairing railcars. This position will routinely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment operation. This is indoor and outdoor and physical work involving kneeling, bending and stooping.
