Candidate must have experience with installation, demolition, and maintenance of material handling equipment. Maintenance position will perform preventative maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electromechanical equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with Plant Manager on needs for parts, supplies and repairs while maintaining enough in stock for normal operations and emergencies. Follow and perform regular and preventative maintenance schedules on all equipment: motors, bearings, bucket elevators, hydraulics, pumps, compressors, drag and screw augers. Welding and Fabrication Understand and maintain feed mill equipment to reduce unplanned break downs. Rebuild rolls, reducers, gearboxes and other mill equipment. Full Time 40+ hours/week Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Temp to Hire Pay starts at $25 Position Description: Work will include general building maintenance, daily ammonia system requirements, and repairing railcars. This position will routinely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment operation. This is indoor and outdoor and physical work involving kneeling, bending and stooping.
