What this site is
Personnel.com is a job board. Employers post their openings here, jobseekers search and apply, and there is no charge to either side. It is open to employers anywhere in the United States, though most of the roles listed today are in Idaho — which is where the company operating the board is based, and where it started.
The board is also readable by software. Anyone can query the open postings through a public API or connect an AI assistant to it, with no account and no key. That is deliberate: a posting nobody can find is a posting nobody applies to. Connecting an AI assistant explains how.
For employers
Posting is free. You register, tell us about your company, and once the account is approved you can publish openings, edit them, and see who has applied.
New employer accounts are reviewed by a person before the first posting goes live. That step exists to keep spam and fake listings off the board rather than to filter anybody out — a free job board with no gate fills up with neither jobs nor employers worth having. Approval is a one-time step, not a per-posting one.
A published posting runs for 30 days and then expires. Roles get filled and a board of stale listings wastes everybody's time, so expiry is the default rather than something you have to remember to do. Repost or extend a role whenever it is still open.

Browse every open role, filter by title, city, category or pay, or start from a category or an employer. Applying is free, and it always will be — no jobseeker on this board pays anything, to us or to an employer, at any point.
Some postings accept an application without an account at all. Creating one lets you keep a resume on file, apply faster, and pick up a conversation with an employer where you left it.
Who runs it
Personnel.com is operated by Personnel Plus, Inc., an independent, locally owned staffing firm with offices in Boise, Burley, Nampa and Twin Falls. Personnel Plus posts its own openings here alongside every other employer, and its branch offices have pages on this site like any other company on the board.
The staffing company's own history, service model and terms live on its own About page. If you are looking for answers about working for Personnel Plus — payroll, timekeeping, benefits, workers' compensation — those are answered there, because they describe an employment relationship with that firm rather than the use of this site.
