Residential House Cleaner - Meridian

Our client, an established cleaning company serving the Treasure Valley, is seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join their growing team. Pay and schedule: $20.00 P/H. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Approximately 20–36 hours per week, depending on the schedule. Paid travel time between customer locations. Company-provided vehicle for customer visits, cleaning supplies, equipment, and scheduling. Commission opportunities for bringing new residential customers onto the schedule. Potential advancement into a team lead or management position.

What you’ll do:

• Clean residential kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces.

• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, empty trash, and follow customer-specific cleaning checklists.

• Handle customers’ belongings, keys, and home access information responsibly.

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to instructions.

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and address any missed details.

• Communicate customer requests, supply needs, property damage, and maintenance concerns promptly.

• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain professional communication and respectful relationships with customers and coworkers.

• Follow company cleaning standards and accept feedback to continually improve performance.

• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Residential cleaning experience preferred; willingness to learn company standards is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.

• Reliable transportation to the company’s Meridian meeting location.

• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely communication.

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for positions requiring driving.

• Ability to successfully complete a required background check & be drug free

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry cleaning equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Professionalism, dependability, and respect for customers’ homes and personal belongings.
