What You'll Do:

• General janitorial and custodial cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.

• Sweeping, mopping, buffing, polishing, and other floor care.

• Trash removal, window cleaning, and detailed cleaning.

• Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues.

• Light maintenance duties as needed.

What you’ll need:

• Experience operating cleaning equipment, including floor buffers and vacuums.

• Previous commercial or industrial janitorial experience.

• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of performing the duties.

• Must successfully pass a background investigation.s

• Willingness to immediately report safety concerns or maintenance issues

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Must be drug-free
