Maintenance
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Person to join our team here in Burley, Idaho. The ideal candidate will assist with facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and general plant operations while helping maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Pay: $14–$18 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Overtime: Shifts may extend until 7:30 PM–8:00 PM depending on production needs.
What you'll do:
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the plant.
Assist with equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Help maintain and repair machinery and production equipment.
Assist with general plant operations and sanitation as needed.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality control standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need
Previous maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Comfortable working around raw meat and in cold environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 60 lbs.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
