Personnel Plus of Twin Falls is HIRING for an Automotive Mechanic Position in Twin Falls, Idaho Full Time Mon-Fri 40 hours a week Pay rate- Dependent On Experience Job Purpose Repair automobiles, trucks, buses, and other vehicles. Master mechanics repair virtually any part on the vehicle or specialize in the transmission system. Responsibilities: Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions. Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices. Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes. Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors. Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas. Plan work procedures, using charts, technical manuals, and experience. Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers’ performance specifications. Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrication’s, and tune-ups. Disassemble units and inspect parts for wear, using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Overhaul or replace carburetors, blowers, generators, distributors, starters, and pumps. Repair and service air conditioning, heating, engine-cooling, and electrical systems. Repair or replace parts such as pistons, rods, gears, valves, and bearings. Tear down, repair, and rebuild faulty assemblies such as power systems, steering systems, and linkages. Rewire ignition systems, lights, and instrument panels. Repair radiator leaks. Install and repair accessories such as radios, heaters, mirrors, and windshield wipers. Repair manual and automatic transmissions. Repair or replace shock absorbers.

Personnel Plus of Twin Falls is looking for multiple individuals for general labor in a Bean warehouse. Monday-Saturday LONG hours for Harvest! Day Shift $18DOE Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently load / unload trucks Perform various warehouse duties Provide service to walk in customers Deliver product via company vehicles (possible). Main Tasks: Actively participate in all required Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance programs.. Pulling orders per customer requests, including palatalizing bags and preparing the pallet for shipment. Must be done is such a way as to reduce the chance of damage in transit. Must be able to lift 60lb.Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pound bags when pulling orders. Accurately fill orders document lot numbers for each bag and each product. Shrink wrap and stage orders for shipment. Verify gross vehicle weight rating to eliminate overloading trucks and customers. Promote the Core Values Assist in maintaining the housekeeping program (cleaning), including: required written documentation. Filtering face piece respirator required when using compressed air for blow down cleaning. Assist in efficient warehousing and organization of products. Attempt to keep products clear of dust, debris, and safe stacking of pallets is required. Certain products must be segregated from others. Service walk in customers in a courteous and professional manner. Assist in light maintenance which may include using ladders, hand tools, and power tools. Duties may include safely and efficiently deliver products to customers per guidelines and DOT rules Other duties as assigned Requirements for this position include but not limited to: High School diploma or GED Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and driving a forklift Basic computer skills Excellent verbal and written communications, Strong safety and math aptitude The ability to lift and carry up to60 lbs on a regular basis.
