Personnel Plus of Twin Falls is Hiring Forklift/Warehouse personnel for Buhl and Wendell Locations! Full Time 40+hrs Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Starting pay $19 Position Description: The warehouse fork lift driver will organize and store product to meet customer specifications in compliance with company policy, GMPs and Safety. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Load and unload trucks and rail cars per bill of ladings • Receive, count, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments • Verification of required receiving/shipped paperwork • Organize and store product • Operate all warehouse equipment in safe manner • Communicate safety issues to manager/supervisor • Stage customer orders in organized manner on shipping dock • Maintain organized, safe, and clean working environment • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in the Food Program • Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers • Building maintenance as needed • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience, and Skills: • High school diploma or GED • Ability to read shipping and receiving records/reports • Dependable attendance • Hard worker • Team player Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: • Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes and related equipment •Fork lift experience. Working Conditions: • Repetitive work in a fast-paced environment with average temperature of Zero degree freezers -60 degrees F (depending on worksite location) • Some manual labor with heavy lifting required (approximately 40 pounds) • Safety equipment may be required • Use of motor skills to safely drive in tight quarters Other Duties: •Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
