Indoor Sales Parts Specialist
Personnel Plus, Inc Twin Falls is hiring for a Indoor Sales Part Specialist in Jerome Idaho to assist make accurate recommendations and dependable order fulfillment help customers find the parts they need to maintain or repair their irrigation equipment. Full Time 40+ hours a week Monday -Friday 8am - 4pm Pay- $19 an hour

What you'll do:
Assist customers in person and by phone, using strong client communication and phone etiquette to understand needs and recommend suitable parts, accessories, and services.
Apply knowledge of Irrigation systems, maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and mechanical troubleshooting to support accurate product selection; refer complex irrigation equipment service questions as appropriate.
Process sales and returns through point-of-sale systems, handle cash and cashiering tasks, and use retail math accurately.
Support Irrigation equipment parts management, inventory control, stocking, and order fulfillment; maintain records using inventory tools or a computerized maintenance management system.
What you'll need:
Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills; experience in retail sales, irrigation equipment parts sales.
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with Irrigation equipment and accessories are preferred
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and with sales, inventory, or POS systems.
Able to handle cash, perform basic math, manage stock, and prioritize tasks in a busy indoor sales environment.
Bilingual or multilingual ability is an asset.
