Weapons Retention Systems Manufacturing Assembler - Boise

Our client is seeking detail-oriented individuals to assist with the assembly and production of weapons retention systems and related components. This is an excellent full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a great local company. On-the-job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and are mechanically inclined.

Pay and schedule: $17.00/hour to start. Must be available Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (schedule may vary).

What you’ll do:

• Assemble components and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Follow supervisor instructions and established quality standards

• Learn the full production process, from fabrication through final assembly

• Safely operate small hand and power tools

• Inspect components for proper fit, function, and quality

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

• Work respectfully with products and customers serving the law enforcement, security, and military industries

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

• Excellent attention to detail and fine motor skills

• Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of component fit and function

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

• Must be drug-free

• No felony convictions for violent crimes
