Trade Show Set Up - Boise

Our client, a leading event production company, is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with trade show and event setup for their upcoming event. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, changing job sites, and being part of a team that transforms empty venues into professional event spaces. This is a full-time, temporary assignment with the potential for additional event opportunities.

Pay and schedule: Starting at $16.00/hour. 8 am to TBD; minimum of 4 hrs per day.

What you'll do:

• Load, unload, and transport event materials, displays, and equipment

• Set up and tear down trade show booths, pipe and drape, tables, chairs, staging, and signage

• Arrange exhibit spaces according to floor plans and event layouts

• Assist with moving equipment using dollies, carts, and other material-handling equipment

• Perform basic venue cleanup before, during, and after events

• Work efficiently as part of a crew to meet event deadlines

• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

• Assist with other event setup and breakdown duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds throughout the shift

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical work for extended periods

• Previous event setup, warehouse, moving, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to pass a drug screening
