Industrial Welder Fabricator and Fitter
Personnel Plus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Welder, Fabricator and Fitter for a growing industrial operation focused on metal fabrication, pipe welding, and equipment installation and repairs. The ideal candidate brings experience with TIG, MIG, or Stick welding and will work with stainless and carbon steel piping and components in industrial and food processing environments.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour DOE
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, day shift
Some Saturdays as needed
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available

Responsibilities:
Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding (including purge welding on stainless tubing)
Fabricate and assemble stainless and carbon steel components
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete work accurately
Assemble and align components to strict specifications
Maintain quality and safety standards
Travel to job sites across the Magic Valley as needed
Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
5+ years of TIG welding and fabrication experience preferred
5+ years of experience with MIG or Stick welding
Ability to successfully complete a pipe welding test (6G position)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and work in awkward positions as needed
