Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support daily shop operations, assemble industrial heating products, and assist with shipping and receiving activities. This is an excellent full-time opportunity offering on-the-job training, competitive pay, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Great opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills!

Pay and schedule: $18.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

What you’ll do:

• Support daily shop operations and production workflow

• Assist with shipping and receiving, including packaging, shipping, and delivering materials to the appropriate departments

• Read and interpret measurements for production and assembly work

• Assemble industrial heating products according to specifications

• Cut stainless steel and titanium tubing

• Deburr materials and prepare components for assembly

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and air tools

• Build crates and prepare finished products for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Identify production issues and assist with basic troubleshooting

• Communicate effectively with team members and management

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail

• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure

• Some previous knowledge or experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with team members and management

• Ability to follow instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures

• Must be drug-free
