Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a Dock Door Assembler in Boise, Idaho.

Our client is immediately hiring a dependable Dock Door Assembler for its Boise manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable work schedule, opportunities for growth, and an excellent benefits package upon hire.

Pay and schedule: Paying $22.00 or higher per hour, depending on experience. Day shift, Monday–Friday. Overtime may be available based on production needs.

What you'll do:

  • Assemble commercial dock doors, assemble rack systems, and related warehouse equipment according to blueprints and work orders

  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, and measurements

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately

  • Install hardware, tracks, hinges, rollers, and other door components

  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and proper operation

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred

  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and measuring tools accurately

  • Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds throughout the shift

  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work for extended periods

  • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM TREASURE VALLEY JOB SITES

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
