Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with a variety of tasks, including production line work, butchering, packaging, and general plant duties.

This is a USDA-inspected facility that prides itself on safety, efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality standards. From locally sourced beef to specialty products, the team ensures every cut meets rigorous specifications in a modern, state-of-the-art environment.

Pay

$14.00/hour - $18.00

Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Overtime may extend shifts to 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM, depending on production needs

Responsibilities

Work on the production line processing meat products
Perform butchering, trimming, and packaging duties
Assist with general plant operations and sanitation
Follow all safety and quality control standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Experience in meat processing, butchering, or food production is a plus (not required)
Comfortable working with raw meat and in cold environments
Strong attention to detail to maintain quality and safety standards
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English (bilingual is a plus)
Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic knife skills or willingness to be trained
High-level skills in knife handling, deboning, grinding, and breaking down whole carcasses are a plus
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
Must pass a drug screen
