Our client, a well-established local Farm/Ranch Land Real Estate company, is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. This is an immediate opening with a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. Pay and schedule: $18.00/hour, Monday–Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What you'll do:

Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
What you'll need:
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic office software
Accurate data-entry skills and exceptional attention to detail
Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience
Background in agriculture a plus
Experience writing brochures, articles, etc.
Ability to successfully pass a drug screening
