As an inventory clerk you will print and pull stock for customer pick orders, pull parts to consolidate inventory & direct packaging for customer orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

   * Print customer pick orders.
   * Locate, pull, and stock inventory.
   * Perform cycle counting of inventoried parts.
   * Consolidate parts and perform quantity moves to create more inventory space.
   * Maintain accuracy of inventory locations.
   * Fill pick order containing pre-bagged items.
   * Provide special labels required to package pick orders.
   * Pull stock and fill customer orders for pre-bagged orders
   * Review daily Hot List and follow through to ensure completion.
  *  Investigate missing parts in inventory.
   * Coordinate yearly inventory audit.
   * Cooperation with management and co-workers is a critical part of this position.
   * Comply with ISO/AS9100 standards.
    Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

    Technical Skills
      *  knowledge or ability to learn company’s operating software
      *  knowledge or ability to learn department processes
      * working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      * Office skills such as keyboard and a 10-key
    Must have High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Must be able to read and speak in English in order to understand safety standards and job performance
    Ability to Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement using whole, common fractions, and decimals
    ability to interpret instructions which may be provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats
    Forklift Certification is required

Physical demands:

    ability to stand for long periods of time
    use hands and arms to feel, handle, grip, reach pull, pull and  lift up to 10lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally
    ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch for long periods of time
