Personnel Plus is now hiring for a Sanitation & Palletizer Operator in Nampa, ID

 

Our client is seeking a Sanitation & Palletizer Operator to support production operations. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently stacking finished products onto pallets, ensuring proper labeling and packaging, maintaining accurate product counts, and helping keep the production line running smoothly. The role also assists with cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work areas, and production lines, following established food safety and sanitation procedures.

 

Pay and Schedule: $23.20 Per hour |Rotating days| 12am- 8am| TTH

 

What you’ll do:

·         Stack finished products neatly and securely onto pallets.

·         Apply shrink wrap to completed pallets so they can be safely moved by forklift operators.

·         Verify that product labels, codes, and box markings are correct and clearly visible.

·         Maintain accurate box counts and complete finished goods documentation.

·         Operate and monitor palletizing equipment as assigned.

·         Communicate with line workers and supervisors to maintain an efficient production flow.

·         Report equipment problems, product issues, safety concerns, or other concerns to the supervisor.

·         Perform machine cleaning and sanitation duties according to the assigned schedule.

·         Follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain food safety standards.

·         Safely handle cleaning chemicals and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

·         Take appropriate action when unsafe conditions or unsafe work practices are observed.

·         Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.

·         Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures

·         Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What you’ll need:

·         1–2 years of machine operation, palletizing, or similar production experience preferred.

·         CIP/COP experience preferred.

·         Strong communication and attention to detail.

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to work in wet, hot, and humid conditions for extended periods.

·         Ability to safely clean and sanitize equipment and use chemicals and required PPE.

·         Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with frequent interruptions.

·         Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Must follow all food safety, sanitation, PPE, and workplace safety procedures.

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
