Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for a Pack and Ship Clerk in Ontario, OR

Our client, a local printing and shipping store in Ontario, Oregon, is seeking a friendly and reliable Pack & Ship Clerk. In this role, you will assist customers with packing and shipping their items, prepare and print shipping labels, and provide helpful, courteous service throughout the shipping process.

Pay and Schedule: $15 p/h Monday- Friday|8am-6pm|Long term


What you'll do

Help customers with shipping, packing, printing, and copying
Prepare and process packages (pack, label, weigh, ship)
Answer questions about services and pricing
Use copiers, printers, and other office equipment
Handle payments and complete transactions
Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
Keep the workspace clean and organized
Help customers find legal forms (no legal advice)
Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Basic computer and math skills
Good communication and people skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Attention to detail
Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Reliable and on time
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pass a background check
Be drug- free
