Our client is a premium supplier of organic dairy feed in America, backed by over 20 years of research and development. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Supervisor to support and oversee daily manufacturing operations.

Position Overview

The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and supervising staff, especially in the absence of the Plant Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, efficiency, communication, and production quality.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing all aspects of plant operations

Supervise, train, and lead plant personnel

Oversee operations when the Plant Manager is unavailable

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Operate and oversee equipment including:

Loader

Forklift

Boiler

Perform production data entry and reporting

Communicate effectively with management and staff

Coordinate production schedules and maintenance

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Work every other weekend

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a plant or manufacturing environment

Experience operating loaders, forklifts, and boilers

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Manufacturing or agricultural experience preferred

Must pass a background check and pass a drug screen
