Duties:
•    Scheduling Appointments
•    Conducting orientations 
•    Basic ordering of supplies 
•    Inventory
•    Answering phones
•    Taking messages
•    Email/ Fax
•    Strong computer skills Data entry
•    Assisting with time cards 
•    Customer service 
•    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

•    MUST HAVE minimum of 5 years office experience
•    Comfortable corresponding with customers, venders etc. via email and phone
•    Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
•    Drug Free
