Machine Operator- Payette

Personnel Plus is now hiring a Machine Operator in Payette, ID

Our client is looking for a machine operator, you would be responsible for monitoring and tending to plastic injection molding machines to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient production of high-quality plastic shells in Payette Idaho.

Pay and Schedule: $15 depending on experience Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

What you’ll do:

•                    Operate and monitor plastic molding machines to produce quality parts.

•                    Set and adjust machine settings, including cycle times, temperatures, and pressures.

•                    Perform quality inspections throughout production runs.

•                    Complete machine setups and ensure proper materials and tooling are available.

•                    Inspect molds and tooling for wear or damage and report maintenance needs.

•                    Identify the proper tooling required for pending production.

•                    Document repairs/maintenance of tools and report to management.

•                    Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area.

•                    Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

•                    Resume Submittal

•                    Minimum 3 years of experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.

•                    Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

•                    Ability to read, follow, and communicate work instructions effectively.

•                    Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

•                    Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

•                    Ability to walk up and down short platforms and stairs

•                    Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.

•                    Ability to follow safety guidelines

•                    Ability to work well in a team environment

•                    Reliable transportation to and from work

•                    Must pass a drug screen; be drug free
