Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a dependable and experienced Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing a variety of fencing types, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and wrought iron. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
Overtime may be required

Responsibilities:

Assist with installing and removing fencing
Perform general labor tasks, including twisting, lifting, and moving materials up to 80 lbs
Handle and lift heavy materials, including bags of concrete
Measure and mark installation areas
Dig post holes and properly set posts
Install fence panels (wood, vinyl, chain link, wrought iron)
Ensure fencing is level, secure, and properly aligned
Trim excess materials and clean up job sites
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain tools and equipment
Complete general job site duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50–80 lbs regularly (to chest or shoulder height)
Steel-toe boots required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous fence installation experience is not required, is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently or on a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must pass a drug screen
