Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Farm Manager in Nyssa, OR

    Day shift (Hours and days off will vary and rotate)
    Monday- Sunday
    40+ hours a week with 2 weeks off in the winter
    $33.65 P/H

Duties:

    Planning, managing and maintaining a farm’s daily operations.
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm and the workers.
    Mentors the farm workers and directs them.
    Makes sure all equipment is functional and in good standing use at the farm.
    Schedules maintenance on equipment when needed.
    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

    Experience in irrigations/tractor maintenance and field operations is required.
    Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
    Must be drug-free
    Must wear appropriate boots
    Must complete background check
