Local work throughout the Treasure Valley
Duties:
Disassemble, deep clean, and reassemble commercial conveyor ovens
• Remove heavy grease buildup, carbon deposits, and food debris from belts, fans, motors, and interior components
• Clean and degrease oven hoods, ducts, and surrounding equipment as needed
• Operate pressure washers, scrapers, steam cleaners, and other specialized cleaning equipment
• Perform lockout/tagout procedures and ensure equipment is safely powered down prior to service
• Protect surrounding kitchen equipment and surfaces during cleaning process
• Inspect conveyor belts, bearings, and components for wear or damage and report concerns
• Document pre-existing conditions and completed work with before-and-after photos
• Complete service reports and required job documentation accurately
• Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and fully operational
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members on-site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies at the end of each shift
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience cleaning commercial conveyor ovens required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. throughout shift
• Ability to work in confined spaces and on elevated surfaces when necessary
• Comfortable working in hot, greasy, and physically demanding environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety protocols and complete lockout/tagout procedures
• Basic math skills and ability to complete documentation accurately
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to pass local and national background checks and drug screening
