Duties
•    Coordinate with Project Managers and the Contracts Department to support project setup activities
•    Actively and efficiently set up project staff during work hours
•    Coordinate and process paperwork for project setups
•    Create, organize, and maintain electronic documents and records
•    Assist with setting up new projects
•    Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements
•    High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
•    Business administration coursework is a plus
•    1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
•    Familiarity with DocuSign preferred
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette
•    High attention to detail for data entry, document preparation, and scheduling
•    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
•    Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
