Water Maintenance Tech  

•    Pay $22 p/h
•    Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
•    7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
•    ALL major holidays off

Duties
•    Install and maintain domestic and non-domestic water line systems, ensuring they are functioning properly.
•    Install new construction meters and assuring they are set as scheduled.
•    Making temporary repairs on sidewalks, gutters, and other surfaces, including tasks such as setting up forms, pouring concrete, and using a break pavement.
•    Respond promptly to emergency or flood calls to minimize water damage to public and private property while ensuring compliance with AWWA, State, and EPA standards to prevent contamination.
•    Operating a variety of heavy and light motorized equipment, including backhoes, excavators, skid steers, and other related machinery.
•    Communicate and coordinate regularly with relevant departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. and perform temporary surface repairs.

•    Flagger Certification (Required within 1 year of hire)
