Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a Warehouse/Production Technician in Boise, Idaho

Our client is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Production Crew for its East Boise facility near Gowen Road. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering paid, on-the-job training, opportunities for growth, and an excellent benefits package upon hire with an employee-owned ESOP company.

Pay and schedule: $18/hour to start. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain an adequate inventory of filled cylinders

• Load and unload trucks, freight, returned goods, and cylinders

• Move materials to designated holding and storage areas

• Calculate cylinder and freight weights for each delivery load

• Load trucks and trailers without exceeding applicable weight limits

• Carefully handle materials to prevent damage during loading and transport

• Maintain neat and accurate records

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of cylinders and gases

• Ability to accurately enter information into computer systems

• Willingness to learn job-related software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain accurate, orderly records

• Basic math and problem-solving skills

• Ability to safely lift more than 50 pounds

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
