Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring Stadium Preparation & Clean-Up Staff in Boise, Idaho

Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with stadium preparation, event setup, and post-event cleanup. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and event-ready facilities. This is a temporary assignment working as needed during football season.

Pay and schedule: $17.00/hour. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Day shift. Stadium and outdoor work will be required.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with pre-event stadium preparation, setup, and post-event cleanup and tear-down

• Help remove wind screens and shields from practice fields

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and collect trash throughout the facility

• Wipe down chairs and clean event areas as needed

• Complete cleaning checklists accurately and in a timely manner

• Safely use cleaning supplies, chemicals, hoses, pressure washers, mops, brooms, shovels, scrapers, and other equipment

• Operate hoses, pressure washers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly stadium environment

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Ability to safely navigate work areas with a large number of stairs and steps

• Ability to safely lift and move 35 pounds frequently

• Ability to follow facility procedures and safety standards

• Dependable and hardworking attitude

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Must be drug-free and able to pass a background check
