Personnel Plus Inc, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for an out-of-town project starting immediately. Pay: $20–$25/hour DOE  Equipment Experience Required: Excavator Skid Steer Laser Grader Packer (Compactor) What We Offer: Housing provided Out-of-town project Work expected through the end of July Potential for future work on upcoming projects Job Duties: Safely operate heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steers, laser graders, and compactors. Perform grading, excavation, backfilling, and compaction work according to project specifications. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs. Follow all company safety policies and job site procedures. Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Assist with general labor and site cleanup as needed. Load, unload, and transport materials when required. Maintain equipment in a clean and serviceable condition. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Experience operating the equipment listed above. Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious. Ability to travel and stay out of town for the duration of the project. Valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
