Duties:

Assist with general construction and excavation work as directed by site supervisors.
Support daily job site activities and help complete assigned tasks.
Perform hands-on work with concrete and asphalt projects, including mixing, pouring, spreading, and finishing.
Assist with site preparation and excavation activities.
Help with form setting for concrete pours.
Support concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes.
Assist with asphalt installation, patching, and repair work.
Perform general labor duties including loading/unloading materials, cleaning job sites, and moving equipment.
Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety procedures and reporting hazards.
Communicate job progress and material needs to the supervisor or lead as needed.
Inspect own work to ensure it meets quality expectations.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous construction, excavation, or general labor experience preferred.
Experience with concrete and/or asphalt work is a plus.
Ability to assist with site preparation, excavation, concrete, and asphalt projects.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50+ pounds, bending, kneeling, walking on uneven terrain, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Valid Driver's License required.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
