Our client is immediately hiring a CNC Router Operator to set up and operate CNC equipment while supporting fabrication and production. This is a full-time career opportunity offering training, advancement potential, and an excellent employer-paid benefits package upon hire.
Pay and schedule: Starting at $20.50/hour or more, depending on experience. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime. Enjoy weekends!
What you’ll do:
Set up, program, and operate MultiCam CNC routers and other CNC equipment
Operate manual lathes and mills as needed
Plan machining sequences and programming processes
Document tooling and process parameters to maintain accuracy and quality
Inspect completed parts for compliance with customer specifications
Prepare parts for fabrication, assembly, and production
Build crates, package products, and prepare parts for shipment
Learn and assist with CNC programming through provided training
Collaborate with other departments to support production needs
Perform other related duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
At least one year of CNC router operating experience or equivalent vocational training
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as required
Mastercam experience is preferred, but experience with other CAM software will be considered
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
