Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a CNC Programmer/Operator in Boise, Idaho

Our client is immediately hiring a CNC Router Operator to set up and operate CNC equipment while supporting fabrication and production. This is a full-time career opportunity offering training, advancement potential, and an excellent employer-paid benefits package upon hire.

Pay and schedule: Starting at $20.50/hour or more, depending on experience. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime. Enjoy weekends!

What you’ll do:

  • Set up, program, and operate MultiCam CNC routers and other CNC equipment

  • Operate manual lathes and mills as needed

  • Plan machining sequences and programming processes

  • Document tooling and process parameters to maintain accuracy and quality

  • Inspect completed parts for compliance with customer specifications

  • Prepare parts for fabrication, assembly, and production

  • Build crates, package products, and prepare parts for shipment

  • Learn and assist with CNC programming through provided training

  • Collaborate with other departments to support production needs

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • At least one year of CNC router operating experience or equivalent vocational training

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as required

  • Mastercam experience is preferred, but experience with other CAM software will be considered

  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
