Aluminum Welder - Boise

Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring an Aluminum Welder in Boise, Idaho

Our client is immediately hiring an experienced Welder for its East Boise manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a four-day workweek and an excellent benefits package upon hire.

Pay and schedule: Starting at $22/hour or more, depending on experience. Day shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Work four 10-hour shifts and enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!

What you’ll do:

• Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to prepare jobs and materials

• Select the appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods for each project

• Set up components according to job specifications

• Verify measurements before cutting and bending materials to reduce waste

• Weld in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions

• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures for quality and integrity

• Use power and hand tools to hammer, grind, and polish materials

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Strong welding skills

• Ability to accurately read measurements, parts lists, blueprints, and sketches

• Ability to weld horizontally, vertically, and overhead

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds

• Ability to pass a drug screening
