Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for a Print & Shipping Specialist in Caldwell, ID

•    Part- Time
•    Monday-Friday
•    $17 per hour
•    9am-5pm
•    Flexible Schedule


DUTIES:
•    Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with shipping, printing, and business service needs
•    Process domestic and international shipments through various shipping carriers
•    Assist customers with packaging items to ensure safe and secure delivery
•    Prepare shipping labels, calculate shipping costs, and explain delivery options and timelines
•    Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages and mail
•    Assist customers with mailbox services, package tracking, and shipping inquiries
•    Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and accurately process customer transactions
•    Perform copy, print, scanning, laminating, binding, and other document services
•    Assist customers with basic print orders and business service requests
•    Maintain accurate records of shipments, transactions, and customer requests
•    Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide solutions in a timely manner
•    Promote shipping, printing, mailbox, and business services to increase customer satisfaction and sales
•    Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and presentable at all times
•    Support team members with daily operations and store goals
•    Any other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
•    Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
•    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing shipments and transactions
•    Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
•    Ability to learn shipping software, POS systems, and print production equipment
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•    Ability to handle confidential customer information professionally
•    Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
