The qualified candidate will assist the Principal and Agents by processing changes, renewals, making calls to clients, and maintaining all relevant duties such as directing clients and calls timely, professionally, and accurately.


1 year minimum recent administrative experience
Experience with Excel
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Able to utilize a multi line phone system
Prepare proposals
Sort, prepare, and direct mail
Faxing, copying, scanning, filing
Prepare correspondence such as letters, claim follow ups, mailings, and appointment reminders
Schedule and maintain Principal's appointment calendar and follow up's with clients
Maintain time cards, payroll checks, agent commissions, accounts payable (taxes, office bills)
Able to pass a background check and be drug free

Skills Required:

Excellent customer service
Able to demonstrate critical thinking

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Full time and part time available seasonally, position will be part time only after Feb 2022

Pay Rate: $15/hour
