We are seeking and office assistant for a company in the Payette area that packages plastic molds. This position will be long term, temp to hire. We are seeking a reliable individual with at least 1 year of clerical experience in an office setting. The perfect individual will be willing to run errands all over the warehouse as well as have proficient computer skills.

Admin Duties:
•    Scheduling Appointments
•    Conducting orientations
•    Basic ordering of supplies
•    Inventory
•    Answering phones
•    Taking messages
•    Email/ Fax
•    Strong computer skills Data entry
•    Assisting with time cards
•    Customer service
•    Durg free
•    Clean Bgs
•    Must be 18 years or older
•    Must have High school education
•    Strong computer Skills
•    Experience in PowerPoint, Word, Office, Outlook
•    Creating marketing flyers
•    Resume is required to apply
