Responsibilities:
Welcomes guests into the corporate office with a warm, professional greeting
Answers phones and directs inquiries
Performs a variety of administrative tasks and supports our company’s senior-level managers and staff
Contributes to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to staff and executive members
Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Designing and producing documents, reports; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties
Assists with special projects
Uses discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment to handle business matters

Requirements
1-2 years recent work experience in a similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office machines, gadgets, and applications
Ability to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner

Work Schedule + Benefits:

Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm.
