The Data Entry Specialist will provide data and administrative support services to the vital records division.


Responsibilities:

-Enter vital records information into databases

- Enter customer orders

-Research and prepare orders

-Enter order notes into databases

- Answer overflow calls for vital records inquiries

- Transfer calls to appropriate offices


Requirements:

-Exceptional data entry skills

- Strong computer skills

- Strong telephone and communication skills

-Have a helpful, customer-focused attitude


Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Wage: $13.00 p/h to start
