Our Administrative Support Specialist will provide outstanding reception and administrative support for a fast-paced office in Boise, ID.  Must be a superstar on the phone and enjoy greeting callers and walk-in guests.
 
Responsibilities:


Answer high-volume incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner  
Able to manage multiple administrative tasks while answering incoming calls,  determining caller needs, and making appropriate transfers
Must be a willing learner, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Quickly determine the needs of callers, assist appropriately, and transfer as needed
Take clear, concise messages and deliver immediately
Provide various administrative support functions, as needed
Ensures daily tasks and responsibilities are properly completed
 
Skills and Qualifications:


 Clean background and drug-free
Strong data entry skills (minimum of 55 WPM)
Computer Savvy
 Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
 Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
 Minimum of 1-year recent work experience in a similar type of position
 
The schedule is Monday- Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch. Must be punctual with excellent attendance.  $15.00 per hour to start
