Our Support Specialist will provide outstanding administrative support to internal and external customers. This key team member enjoys the daily challenges of public interactions related to real estate listings of farm and ranch land. Our Support Specialist is relied upon to complete and verify pertinent information with a high degree of accuracy while balancing multiple tasks in the course of their day with limited supervision.


Responsibilities:

Answering phones, emails, maintaining databases, digital and hard copy files
Produces correspondence, distribute information
Research and verify information
Maintain property listings on multiple platforms
Tracking and follow up with documentation

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of customer service in an office environment
Organizational and administrative competence focusing on high attention to detail
Effective time management experience, adaptable, and able to prioritize
Being able to work independently and within a team
Computer capabilities such as Mac / Apple & FileMaker experience and proficiency in Excel & Word
Versatile in verbal and written communications
Knowledge of several western states (ID, OR, WA, MT) and or farming/ranching is helpful, not required
