Primary Responsibilities:

-Deliver invoices to customers
-Update daily price changes
-Process payments
-File, scan, and email invoices
-Accounts Payable/Receivable
-Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
-Track sales and inventory of warehouse and office
-Assist with answering phones

Requirements:

-Attention to detail
-Knowledge of general inventory practices
-Record maintenance and data entry experience
-Proficient with Excel
-Strong customer service skills
-Minimum of 1-year recent work experience in a similar type of position

Pay: $15/hour

Job Type:

Full time, 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday
8 am – 5 pm
