Our client is looking for a responsible secretary for his shop to greet customers, assist with service work, order, and track parts, manage work orders and data entry, direct calls, answer calls sell jobs, address phone inquiries, and schedule appointments.

Work Schedule: Wednesday-Friday 8 am-2 pm, Saturdays 8 am- 5 pm

Pay rate $15.00

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
Manages work orders and invoices
Orders parts and tracks them
Schedules appointments
Assists with service work
Answers phone calls and directs customers
must have computer literacy
ability to 10-key

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn computer programs
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Must pass a drug screen
Must pass a background
Valid Driver license
Must be bilingual
Knowledge of tires, tire-related services, automotive services, and retail business environment
