DUTIES:

Perform clerical duties; typing, data entry, work orders, invoices, reports, and customer records
Utilized computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation, scheduling, and communication
Maintain organize clerical filing systems (digital and paper) to ensure efficient record retrieval
Coordinate and dispatch technicians for commercial repair service calls
Provide professional communication with customers regarding service appointments, updates, and inquiries
Prepare invoices, process paperwork, and maintain service logs
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Any other duties as assigned
