Farm Manager in Nyssa OR $33.65 P/H  

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Farm Manager in Nyssa, OR

· Day shift (Hours and days off will vary and rotate)

· Monday- Sunday

· 40+ hours a week with 2 weeks off in the winter

· $33.65 P/H

Duties:

· Planning, managing and maintaining a farm’s daily operations.

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm and the workers.

· Mentors the farm workers and directs them.

· Makes sure all equipment is functional and in good standing use at the farm.

· Schedules maintenance on equipment when needed.

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Experience in irrigations/tractor maintenance and field operations is required.

· Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

· Must be drug-free

· Must wear appropriate boots

· Must complete background check
